The only previously unreleased music by Phil heard on the night, this tune belongs to the repertoire of Jack Monck & Friends, the last group he ever performed live with, and of course the three surviving members are present here, Marc Hadley on alto sax, Jack Monck on bass and Paul Dufour on drums, augmented by John Etheridge and Patrice Meyer on guitars and Alex Maguire on keyboards. It begins and ends with a recognisably Millerian ‘head’ but is otherwise a vehicle for extended (and lively) solos by most of the performers.
