First recorded on Double Up 2 – Phil and Fred’s second duo CD it was later orchestrated for In Cahoots and appears on the CD All that track 6.
Fred Baker says: “The genius of this composition in 7/4 is the way the melody works with the harmonic movement. It is a superb sequence to solo over– the way it moves upwards and gradually arrives where it first started. An important example of Phil’s writing for the bass. The melodic content brings out the full range of the bass.
